Many researchers are interested in developing a custom microarrays using a set of cDNA clones, genomic samples, or oligonucleotides.  Our primary aim is to provide cost-effective and time-efficient access to microarray technology, as well as an environment that facilitates effective analysis and sharing of microarray data.

The Center for Systems and Synthetic Biology (CSSB) oversees the UT Microarray Core Facility, and is dedicated to providing microarray services to University of Texas-Austin investigators as well as to off-campus users. For more detailed descriptions of our services, please visit our Services Page. Data and information derived from the UT Microarray Core Facility and the Iyer Lab (via the Iyer Lab Computing Resource Center) are intended for research use only.
